Terms of use
Updated 5 September 2026
These terms apply to the Kina Stories app and this website. By creating a caregiver account or subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
Kina Stories offers a library of audio stories — thoughtful tales and documentaries — in English, Portuguese, Spanish and German, for caregivers and children (up to 11) to hear together. The experience includes a player, sleep timer, night mode, a personal shelf and, on paid plans, offline downloads.
Who may use it
The account always belongs to a caregiver old enough to enter a contract. A child uses the app under supervision, with no account of their own. If you are under 18, a caregiver must accept these terms.
Plans and billing
Free shows a sample of the library. Premium (six-month or yearly subscription) opens the full library and adds new stories on a regular cadence. Prices and renewal appear in Google Play before you confirm. The store mediates cancellation and refunds under its rules.
Library content
Library stories go through an editorial pipeline (generation, children’s-content review, approval) before publication. Titles, synopses and narrations may change. We do not promise that a free story this month stays free next month.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the app to extract tracks beyond intended personal use, and do not redistribute the library.
Availability
The app requires Android 8 or later. Network, store or regional-store interruptions may affect purchases and downloads.
Contact and venue
Questions: contato@kinastories.app. For caregivers in Brazil, Brazilian law applies and the consumer’s venue applies when the law so requires.
